Kuna Yala Mola Gallery 7 | Panama
Somehow I ended up at Kristin again. I'm very glad I did. I'm familiar with Klimt. I'm more familiar with Hundertwasser. I'm very familiar with Aboriginal art. But who is Molas?

A mola is an embroidered panel made by Kuna Indian women. Where do the Kuna come from? They are the indigenous people of the San Blas Archipelago along the Atlantic coast of Panama and Columbia.

Molas of the Kuna Indians
Reminds me a lot of Central Australian Aboriginal artwork. Same vibrancy.
