WellUrban has collected photos of the tiles and mosaics of the Te Aro area in Wellington. Check out the photoset to which this mosaic belongs. I agree with his idea for using mosaic art as a way of decorating some of the barer areas of Te Aro especially as there is already a precedent for using tiles and mosaic in the area.
